All goods are shipped from Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Orders are delivered Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays, subject to service availability.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation, and from then transit time will depend on the shipping courier who delivers your package.

Not at the moment, however, we are working hard with our fulfilment warehouse partners to get their warehouse in a position where we can accommodate customer pickups.

Unfortunately, this is something we do not offer. If you need any assistance with tracking your order, please reach out to our team on here.

Unfortunately, we do not offer live tracking for the moment, however you will get a SMS throughout the journey of your delivery advising on its near arrival. If you need more help seeking a more narrowed time frame, please feel free to contact our customer service team on info@ipantry.com to assist.

All our products are packaged inside eco-friendly boxes. Scan the QR code on the bottom of your box for the best disposal method for our packaging.

For orders with chocolate items, it is important to note that all our products are carefully packed in an air-conditioned facility, however, once they are with the couriers we unfortunately have no control over them. iPantry cannot be held responsible for the melting of any products while in transit. We always do our best to retain product integrity as much as possible

You will receive a text message communication via the nominated courier making the delivery. If you need more help seeking a more narrowed time frame, please feel free to contact our customer service team on info@ipantry.com to assist.

If you're not at home when your order arrives, your courier of choice should endeavor to try to get in touch with you to ask if there's somewhere that they're able to leave your order.

On the rare occasion where we're unable to contact you, and we have permission to leave the package – it will be left in a safe and discrete location ready for you to collect as you get home. If you have not given authority to have your delivery left unattended, the couriers will return your package and arrange a re-delivery with you at a later date.

As we are a purely digital company, no packing slips or receipts will be included in your order. You can download a PDF copy of your invoice in your order confirmation email.

All order confirmations and invoices for your transactions will be emailed to you at the time of finalizing your order. You will also be able to find your order history in your account profile once you are logged in.

Please note that it is your responsibility to understand the Customs laws of your country, and which foods may not be allowed in. Customs duties may be payable and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds when products/packages are refused due to Customs decision.

All prices are in AED, as this is the currency used by many of our customers. You are still able to purchase from us in any currency, and it will automatically be converted upon payment.

Yes, just put the receiver’s address as the shipping address, and your own address as the billing address.

If your delivery has been damaged, expired goods or the part of your delivery is missing please reach out to our customer service team explaining what has happened. They will be sure to work with you on finding the best outcome and solution for you.


If an item is out of stock and has not been packed in your delivery, an iPantry gift card will be issued to the value of the item that was not packed.

Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to change preset boxes or gift packs. However, if you have a bespoke requirement, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team on info@ipantry.com so they can advise and assist you with your needs.

We do not have a loyalty program, but we’d recommend signing up to our mailing list to find out when new products, brands & specials are launching.
